INFORMATION NOTICE
USE OF THE FOREIGN WORKERS CENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FWCMS) FOR FOREIGN WORKER EMPLOYMENT QUOTA APPLICATIONS
Please be informed that starting April 15, 2026, all matters regarding foreign worker employment quota applications, which include applications for Initial Approval to Employ Foreign Workers under Section 60K of the Employment Act 1955, quota applications, and the setting of appointment dates, will be fully implemented through the Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS).
The application flow chart through this system is as in Appendix A.
For your information, this quota application is subject to the remaining quota ceiling for the year 2025 and is limited to the sectors and subsectors that have been determined. Quota applications for each sector or subsector will be closed once the set limit is reached. Eligibility requirements, application criteria, and the checklist are as in Appendix B.
APPENDIX A
FOREIGN WORKER QUOTA APPLICATION
ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS USING THE FWCMS SYSTEM
